Elementary Gym Online
The HomeSchool Gym Online for elementary aged students offers a wide variety of lessons to teach basic fitness concepts and sports skills all while having fun. For most of the lessons all you will need is plenty of water, a towel or mat, and plenty of space. We’ll let you know when you need any special equipment like jump ropes and other sports equipment. Many video lessons feature me alongside a young friend who demonstrates proper form or modified exercises. No matter your child’s skill level, there is something for them with The HomeSchool Gym!
